This Management Plan is the first step implementation of Goddard’s 20 year masterplan.  It is a complete landscape management tool.  It is crafted to transformed poorly maintained lawns and untreated parking lot drainage into a matrix of bioretention areas and successional meadows, hedgerows and woodlands.  Maintenance cost reduction; pollutants recapture and environmental education were the main goals for this sustaniable approach of the Agency.
