NATIONAL GROVE OF STATE TREES

Washingon, DC

A 30 acre area in the Nation’s Capitol for the 50 states to display their states trees.  100’x100’ plot was designated to each state for their individual layout.  The notion symbolizes the funding principles of this country-freedom and equality.  Trails wind through the grove taking the visitor to interpretation stations.  An entry plaza was designed with emblematic paving and engraved leave-bark plaques arranged in a circular way to catch the panoramic view of the grove.
