This plan is the first step of devising a comprehensive plan to address the community’s management and budgetary concerns and work towards holistic environmentally sound practices for the 1360 acres of residential community. The plan addresses the quality of diverse residential living, regeneration of greenspace, restoration of natural habitats, stormwater runoff reduction, erosion control, and landscape operations & maintenance protocols.  Various elements of sustainability were investigated and illustrated.  Concurrent with the development of the alternative landscape plan, various implementation strategies with rough order of magnitude costs, and associated time frame were discussed.
