RIVER FRONT ON THE ANACOSTIA

It is a mixed-use project of offices, retail shops, apartments and hotels on an extraordinary site along the Anacostia River at the front door of the new Ballpark.  There is an extensive waterfront promenade for pedestrians and cyclists that will connect to a new network of trails along both sides of the River.  The expansive plaza areas between the Ballpark and the River are carefully detailed to reflect the richness of river history/resources and also compliment the views to the River.
