Remedial design for a former manufactured gas plant site in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania for PECO.  The work involves contaminated soil and sediment removal along Takony Creek, wetland creation, stream bank restoration, riparian buffer restoration and incorporation of low impact development practices to showcase the sustainable techniques and finally return the site as public open space.
