This project includes the modernization of an existing brick school building and a 30,000 SF addition for classroom use.  The landscape design includes a new soccer field on top of the new underground parking garage, new playgrounds, basketball court, two major terraces adjacent to the new addition, tree and slope planting, and streetscape along Albemarle and 42nd Street.
