The new student center creates a new “heart’ of the campus.  The landscape integrates the sunken plaza with the interior mainstreet and thus provide new gathering place while linking disjointed floor levels and making the center ADA accessible.  The terracing boulders in sunken plaza area echo rock ourcrops in the region and successfully solve the steep level change problem.
